If you’re in your 60s, low testosterone might be affecting you in a few different ways, might be affecting your drive and motivation. It might be affecting your moods, how much energy you have, in order to have the kinds of interpersonal relationships that are meaningful and fulfilling during a change of lifetime.

And here, we’re not talking about women menopause, or even the male andropause. I’m actually also talking about the change of life that usually happens around our 60s, when you’re looking at retiring. For men, it’s a critical phase. And finding your mission, your purpose, and having the energy to connect with that at this stage in life is one of the predicting factors for long term health.

I don’t just mean your lifespan. I mean, living fully and productively during this phase in your life. It’s very doable. It’s one of my favorite things about living in Bradenton, Florida is that I get to see a lot of liberated healthy-agers here that are really enjoying this phase of their life, and it’s a great inspiration to me
