In recent years, I’ve seen some unprecedented cases. I’ve seen 20-year-olds presenting as if in, they’re in their 60s, they are losing their hair. They have low libido, even though they’re young and healthy, and they might even spend quite a bit of time in the gym. They’re having the kinds of relationship issues and the kinds of personal interaction issues that tend to happen with gentlemen in their 60s.
The reason that that’s happening is because that difference in testosterone. And testosterone is also an important factor in health. So, it helps keep your immune system strong and healthy. It helps keep your hormones running properly. And I know that we all think that hormones are just for women, but men have hormones too. And it also helps to keep our cardiovascular system functioning the way that it should be.
In your 20s is the time to really start to learn to know yourself so that you can enjoy a long, full productive healthy life and not be ambushed by health issues over the course of your life.
