Okay, exercise isn’t really fun when you first start.  So what are the other options?  In the past 13 years, pharmaceuticals haven’t advanced much on the treatment of Alzheimer’s.  See below – we’re a little better at strokes, much better at HIV…and almost no better at all at Alzheimer’s.  That means it’s up to each of us, NOW, to take charge of our health.
